All The Little Things, is a design conference that is themed around the subtle sexism that women experience in the everyday workplace. The design for this includes a three-part poster series, a zine inspired booklet that comes in different colour-ways, and an experience touchpoint. 

To explore the feelings of hurt and frustration around this theme, I used the concept of staples being stapled into the skin alongside images of eye rolls, furrowed eyebrows, and sneers. I used bold pinks, purples, and blues, as well as the Aktiv Grotesk font to establish the tone of the conference. The intended tone is to create a space where women feel they can take a stand, rather than brush off their feelings. 

In the experience touchpoint I have used the image of a middle finger as a way-finder around the building to the wall where the attendees can rip off the last page of the brochure, and write down something subtly sexist that someone has done or said to them before. Then they can step back, and see a snippet of everyone’s individual experience.
